engine and trans for sale

For sale is a 362 shortblock that has been freshend up by the original builder, has a windage tray, comp cams 292h cam , zero deck, forged 4.125 pistons, big block pan. looking for 500 and thats firm. For serious buyers i will pull the pan off which im yet to do but i was shown pictures of all the internals and the new bearings have no run time on them .

For sale a th400 trans w/3000 stall converter needs pan gasket and dipsick gromet. looking for 500 .

Great prices Copper. $500 for an engine is killer. I'm a sucker for TH400 so I like that too. They should sell quick

Trip all I'm looking is for a small profit I'm not trying to get rich .- aquired this engine in a cash and trade deal for a 455 I had. Highway star. It had never ran since it was freshened up. I was going to change the cam and keep it as a back up.

I'm going to probably put it on an engine stand and pull the pan off. And take pics.

Thanks eric. im hoping someone picks it up. i also have a 355 with probe pistons that i got for FREE !!!!! but that one is too nice to let go and will be the back up to my current 355 that is yet to be put into the 72. Im hoping someone buys it there is nothing wrong with it i just got too much stuff and the money would be nice to have. Trying to plan a vaction lol.

I might add the th400 is no longer for sale that is getting traded for a built th350 to run behind my small block.

I don't know if anyone has taken advantage of Fastenol, [the nut + bolt supplier] on shipping, but they're about 1/2 the price of anyone else.
Bag it and strap it to a pallet, take it there, and it'll go.
Had a crank from Florida to Chicago for $75.
Call your local store, and get the number for shipping.

Ok just n case anyone is intrested I just got quoted 250 to ship from fastenal in south elgin il to california. I quoted this for a member who is intrested incase he does not buy this engine is still for sale.

I got wheels and slicks up the wazoooo. Lol. If this guy intrested does not buy it I'm keeping it and making it a nitrous motor with a less agressive cam.

fastenal is a service and product provider for companies they sell steel, bolts, etc. etc. they also have many locations so they can do 3rd party shipping.

I did a google search for Fastenol and there is one 20 miles from me, but it didn't say anything about shipping.

That's not exactly a bargain compared to FedEx, for a crank.

For large heavy items like an engine, though, Fastenal warrants looking into.
