Of course I have no idea if it works, although it looks like it's all there except for the controls which were mounted on a pod adjacent to the steering column. See the pictures for condition. The installation tag says Date Installed: 12 (or 10, or 11) -20-37, Owner: House Demonstrator, Dealer: Capital Auto Atlanta. Maybe this was part of a showroom floor display back in the day. Even if you don't have a '38, it would make a nifty accent piece!
