dog dish/poverty caps just cover the middle of the rim or lugnuts.i do believe early 60s full size also used a poverty cap with a trim ring.if the full size poverty cap was different than a f85 that's something i didn't know.the 64 s i have i believe are f85.if you pm me your ph # i can send a pic.

My guess is that the ebay caps are 64 caps but for fullsize cars. If i got it right they will not fit F85/Cutlass wheels because the difference in bolt pattern, 4 3/4" vs 5". If someone coulld verify this it would be great.

i dont believe the size of the bolt pattern effects the area where the cap goes on.i have full size (5") rims i can try the caps on

If i understand right the fullsize cars have a cap with 10 3/4" diameter. My F-85 caps are just over 9".

These are 63 and 64 Fullsize car caps ;

These are 64 cutlass / F-85 caps;

They will fit either wheel .

Those are probably 61 thru 63 F-85 caps .
Post a pic and maybe we can tell which year .
That emblem stood for the F-85 line , and the other one stood for the full-size line .
