This is an original Muncie M21 close ratio 4-speed transmission out of a 1970 442 W30. It came from a 1-owner car. "POD10B" stamping on main case. P=muncie, 0=1970, D=April, 10=10th day of the month, B=M21 close ratio. "3083330" main case. "3857584" tail case. "3952648" side case cover. Still has original tag affixed to the side case cover. Tag is stamped "1234762KA" which denotes 1970 M21 close ratio 4 speed muncie.

Original owner removed the original drive train from the car. He replaced the muncie with a 5 speed. This has been out of the car for decades. I have never removed the side case cover. I do not know the condition of the internals. Seattle, WA. $2,500.
