Yes still have it, it was bought as a "take off" with a new lens inserted from Fusick's many years ago.
Now the new lens alone is over $50 from Fusick. Fits either side if I recall. correctly.

Don't have a harmonic balancer, sorry.
I do have a NOS rear fender stainless strip (lowest one I think) $35 + ship
