This is the original aluminum water neck that came off the J-2 intake manifold. It is unique to this manifold. It appears to be aluminum, and is just what you need to finish your tri power restoration. It does appear to have some pitting, but should seal up to the hose and manifold just fine with some silicone. I have already sold the rare tri-power air cleaner, end carbs, and intake manifold that came on this barn find setup.
