Hi All
A buddy of mine has an upholstery shop, but life has changed and he needed to downsize. He had a couple pickup truck loads of stuff he hasn't used in years and decided not to store any longer. I had stopped by and being the packrat I am was surprised at how much he was tossing. Most of the rolls didn't have the application on them so I didn't think I had much hope finding a home for them. But I did pull out some stuff identified as GM thinking some of the patterns may have been used on Oldsmobiles too. I did grab some other makes that had large rolls, such as a wild 1969 AMC pattern and a couple big rolls of 1967 Mopar stuff. But I wanted to offer up the GM stuff here. Price will vary from free, shipping costs only for some of the small pieces as I think someone may be able to use them to repair portions of a seat cover to $50 for the big rolls. The bigger rolls are more useful, but I'm afraid shipping may be more than the purchase price due to the size and weight of the package. I don't know much about these beyond what's printed on them, but if you have any questions I'll try to answer them. John
how much of the red cloth '74 GM material is there? shipping to Las Vegas, NV 89108?
what does the '67 Mopar stuff look like, pics to dhead68@hotmail.com if you don't want to post here
[QUOTE=Oldssupreme;1176446]John, any chance there's a small scrap of 1972 dark green vinyl enough to recover the side of the bench facing the door?
Thank you
Chris[/
Chris, I don't have anything with the materials I just got. But I did part out a 1970 Delta 88 with a green interior. I'll get some pictures you can compare to see if the shade of green is the same.
Chris, the seats are buried pretty deep in the shed. But here's a door panel which should have the same shade of green, does yours look close to this?
John
John, I know it’s been a while but I just noticed your response from a long long tome ago. Do you still have any small scraps of the dark green that might match the side of my bench seat on my 72 supreme? Thank you

I have a high tolerance for clutter! So I probably do still have the seats. Did the door panel green look close to you?

Chris, here's the back seat from the 1970 Olds 88. Would this have a large enough piece of material to do what you need? Its only the sides that is covered in vinyl. Its buried kind of deep in the shipping container. I don't want to pull it out unless your interested in it. John
John, I’m so sorry I didn’t get back to you sooner. Things have been crazy with the job situation so I just saw your post. I found my old seat upholstery which I had no idea I had kept so I will most likely use that. I got a good laugh at your like about having a high tolerance for clutter- I’m the same way. Sorry again to keep you waiting. I appreciate you getting back to me.

Not a problem. Glad you found what you need. Playing with these cars is a great hobby, but sometimes I do get frustrated when I can't find something I know I have three of!
