most likely those are 15x7 SSIIs with bolt-on center cap - decent price for anyone looking especially if you can pick them up. Shipping would be a lot but you don't find these often and rarely a full set of 5. If it wasn't for shipping I'd take em.

Those appear to be 14x7.0" Super Stock II/III wheels. The size (as well as the date of manufacture) is stamped on the wheel. Are these the originals from the W30 you are restoring?

These pics are of a '84 H/O wheel but the stampings & are similar back to the mid '60s. Also notice the wide lip on the face of the 15x7.0" wheels, The 15x7.0" wheels used the same center as the 14" wheels from the same era.

They would be 14 x7 if original to his car - 15 x7 came on 73 1/2 and 74s IIRC

I understand that. They are NOT 15x7.0".

Diameter and width are measured to the bead seating surfaces on the rim, NOT to the outer edges. Keep in mind that a 14" tire has a 14" hole in the middle of it, so the wheel needs to be larger than 14" to keep the tire from falling off.
