SPC Performance Coil Springs

Front and rear set of SPC lowering coil springs for 1964 to early 1967 (without upper pigtail) GM a-body. These will lower front end 1.3", rear 1". I bought these new and had them on a rolling chassis only until recently switching to coil overs. They have no miles on them. Rears come with new spring insulators as well.

SPC Performance 94391 SPC Performance Pro Coil Springs | Summit Racing

Summit's price $385, I would like $250 shipped OBO.

I'm curious as to how those rear springs locate on the top without a "pigtail" for the later model years.

I'm not familiar with the later models. My 64 has a pocket for the spring to set in on the top and not rotate.

That's correct; I had a '65 with the same set-up; however, the later models used a smaller closed coil at the top, just like the bottom, that located on a raised area in the upper spring pocket to keep the spring from moving around.

Update

Summit does a lot of good things such as pricing and speed. However their application in this case was off. I checked the SPC site and found that these are in fact only for 1964-1967.

The rear springs are wrong for a 67, need to have a pigtail on both ends.
