Gang,
I have decided to change out my Rocket 350 / TH350 in my 70 CS convertible. The engine is a 71 and was swapped out over 24yrs ago (since i owned it for 23+). I dont know the true mileage on the engine or tranny and it's not pretty looking but it has never, ever let me down (long or short trips). Doesnt smoke but does have a minor oil leak around the head gasket/covers (never had to top off). TH350 pan slight leaks as well. Talk is cheap so i have a video of it running a few months ago: .

What you get is the engine with Rochester 4bl carb, Tranny, PS pump, alternator & radiator. Have a few other parts that we could discuss to include or separate. Looking for $400 negotiable. Engine is in NJ and could ship if agreed to. Have a lift so a pick up & money is all you would need!
