Parting out a '70 S, lots o' trim, bumpers ok

Just acquired number 41, a '70 S. It has an early 80's 307?350? Supposedly runs with a carb, will sell it cheap!! Lots of trim, partial interior hood lock set up, power trunk set up, but the '70 button is supposed to be chrome with a black button, this one is the later '71 style. It sure looks original? but I guess it could have been changed over the last 40 years or so. Decent looking clock, 14 x 7 snap on cap SS II's. 12 bolt open rear, tail lights, front bumer is straight, but chrome is very tired. Rear bumper is about the same. Trunk & trunk weather strip channel is very rusty. Most body panels have rust, but hood looks pretty nice. It has the bolt in louvers/vents in the rear. Good black dash plastic around radio heater/ac holes, pad is cracked. Rear seat is a good core, has black buckets with seat tracks & backs & sides & headrests, they need recovered, but they are pretty nice cores. No console or shifter, someone just threw the buckets in there in place of the bench. The car had the optional automatic seat back release with the two pin switches in the door jamb. Never seen this on a bench?? Most of the AC parts are there.

All parts are located in Indianapolis. I can ship or you can come get them. Tons of other parts also.

fourtwenty, I'm a bit confused, I think there were 8 pieces on the S? 2 on the fender,2 on the door, 2 in front of the rear wheel, & 2 behind it.I'm pretty sure I can come up with a whole set though. Let me check & get back to you with some pictures.

My442, the case has some light surface rust on the back, but the hands & lens are pretty nice. It is a Borg & can be converted to quartz movement that will then keep excellent time. How about $35.00 shipped?

texasred, I've got one guy in front of you on the power trunk set up. I'm asuming it works, but will remove the button & test the solenoid this weekend & let you know if he declines.

Hi Scott, I need the coil wire and if equipped, the tach wire.
I'm planning to update my car from points to HEI this summer.
So far, I can't find the wiring to make the change.
If this is something you can part with, let me know and I'll send you a pm.

Here is a link to pix of what I have. Three pieces of molding with, what looks like the green vinyl has been painted over? or dyed?? You can see some green through the black? Don't know if this will do you any good so let me know. I've got other trim like this with all black vinyl on it if you need more pieces.
Thanks.

The three pieces that are "green" are pretty nice. They have a few small nicks & scratches, but nothing serious. I really haven't checked the other ones, but I can if you want those too. However many you want, how about $35.00 shipped to you for these three pieces? If you want more, I'll make it affordable.
Let me know & thanks.

Hey Scott,

Hope all's well, i saw a fender posted up there on your photobucket site, do you have a pair for 70-72 fenders? I'm looking to replace my rusted out ones sometime in the next couple months.

Thanks!

Is the radiator core support the same on a 70 as a 68? There is a guy on here looking pretty hard for a core support.

Chris,
I'm pretty sure the '68 core support is quite a bit different than a '70. Hopefully someone can tell us for sure & thanks for the lead & kind words.
