Its not a bad car I just can afford to keep going with it. I gave up and bought a new car that already had 85% of the work done. For the record, I would sell this one with the 455 and 350 trans for $4,000 though if anyone is interested. It will need significant metal work around the cowl/pillar areas, the floor plans have been replaced but were not welded in straight so they will need to be reseated and the braces replaced or rewelded as well as rust in the quarters the outer wheel wells and the rear back brace needs some attention. If you are a do it yourselfer it may not be that bad, but when you have to pay people like me it can get costly. Here are some pics of the issues.

I need a flywheel plastic cover, the trim piece for the driver side roll down window, and the bracket which connects the heat tube to the engine block on the passenger side. Also need the wiper escutcheon(if in good shape).

Before you end up with a mess of parts and a car you can't sell I would try to sell it all as a package for $4000.00 OBO I bet someone would take it for close to that and you will be done with it all at once.

Well I am happy to hear it will get saved! I think even with the issues it has, it is still worth restoring.
