Greetings - GLWS.
Interesting that this 'low option' 98 has cornering lamps (RPO T-87).
T-87 uses the turn-signal switch to power the circuit to the appropriate cornering light bulb.
I'm guessing most 98's had the tilt steering column, so if this one does really have cornering lights, it is indeed a rare combination.
FWIW, the cornering lights on the 71/72 98&88 are unique in that they are adjacent to the front side-marker lights and use a larger opening recessed into the sheetmetal with a larger 'grille' to integrate both the cornering light and side marker into the fender.

Unrelated, if the instrument panel (IP) "flood lights" located in the overhang of the 2 IP pods are in good shape, you might want to itemize them in the listing. Every now and then they are in demand, since they're usually melted or cracked and unusable.

Thanks for taking time to part these cars out. I'm always amazed by what you're able to drag home!

Thanks for the info.
I am not up on the details of the 98's. I'm an 88 guy.
I bought this for the engine/trans.
This is an odd car as it has no tilt, no cruise.
It did have a power seat until yesterday.
Not equipped with passenger side view mirror either.
The entire dash is nice. Radio bezel is gone.
The lights you referred to are not melted.

71 98

Just curious how much are you asking for your dash? are there any issues with it? Also do you have any nice front or rear mats for these big cars?

Thanks Greg

Dash

Hi Greg, dash looks good.
Radio bezel, I/P flood lights, lighter and socket have been sold. You ask about "dash", do you mean entire dash, or top, dash pad?
Let me know specifically what you need I will post pix and prices.
Thanks
Jim

No cracks. Looks pretty nice. I wish it was a 74-76 dash I could sell 3 of them. I'm not as familiar with 71-73's, but the earlier dashes seem to hold up a little better than the later ones. Let me know if you want any more photos.
Enjoy the rest of your wkend.

what do they look like?
These are up in the sail panel. I will go home and look later to be sure.
If they are like the 73-75 conv there are new repros on EvilBay.
Can you post a photo?

Does it have cruse control?
I need the bracket mounted to the intake, next to the carb. 2 bolts hold it on.
