Parting out 1967 cutlass supreme
I'm sorry to say that after three years and much thought, I have made the decision to get rid of the olds. I do not have the time, space nor money to continue to work on it. Over the years I've collected many parts for this car. I have two of about everything. The car was complete when I started and in good mechanical condition. Here is a list of the major parts that I have. If you don't see it on the list, just PM or email me and I will let you know if I have it.
Front Fenders
Roof Skin
Deck Lid
Front Grill
Dash pad
Gauges and Bezel
Front Arms
Rear control arms
Differential
Motor mounts

Doug's D741-R Headers

Hi. Does the fuel tank come with the sending unit and is it for a 3/8" in fuel line with a fuel return nipple? if so let me know how much you want for it. I need a gas tank for my '66 442. Thanks..

You realize there is a difference between 66 & 67 fuel tanks, right? The vent system is the difference. The way to overcome this is,buy a 65 Cutlass or 64-67 Chevelle tank and put the 66/67 Cutlass fuel filler neck in the tank. New tanks are so cheap,I wouldn't consider putting a used tank in a car. Shipping a used tank would be dangerous,no way to get the fumes out. Rock Auto has the best prices on tanks. They usually have Spectra (Canadian) and Sherman tanks and the Spectra tank being the best IMHO. They also sell the correct 442 sending units for appox. $40.

66 3x2 442. thanks for the input. I was hopeful the '67 tank would be in good condition and maybe just have to use the '66 pickup & sending unit. I'll check into the rock auto thing and maybe that's the best way to go. I've been playing with Mustang type stuff for awhile and their prices are considerly different than playing in the Olds world. I can use all the advise I can get from the guys out here.

Now that I think about it, the tank that's in the car was out of a 64 chevelle. I had the cutlass filler neck put in it and had it pressure tested and cleaned. The sending unit is correct for the 67 cutlass. I haven't had a chance to drop the tanks yet, but when I do I'll post pictures.

Thanks again for the input 66-3x2 442. Very helpful. Each day I'm happier that I joined this website. Lots of good info here. GMAN, as the tanks are more different than I originally thought, I guess the '67 is NOT an option for me. Thanks for your trouble though, I really appreciate it. Fred
