Original GM Sport 4 spoke steering wheel assembly. With hub, contact, and horn cap. Tan in color. Would make a great addition to any Oldsmobile vehicle. On eBay with no reserve and a $9.99 opening bid.

Isn't this technically a '73+ wheel? The stitching that wraps into the spokes, wasn't that not an A-body thing?

Yes, this is the smaller diameter, but will still work on earlier cars if you can't afford a nice larger diameter wheel.

It's called the 'Starfire' wheel. Introduced in 1975 for the Starfire coupe. It will fit the A body cars though and many folks like them because they can 'color match' the wheel to the interior color of the car. It can cut off view of the right and left side gage pods....Here's a page from the 1975 Starfire brochure
