The raised aft bracket boss is located slightly different on the 70 and later models as you can see in this photo. It certainly does not make it worth less though as these aft castings are getting exceedingly hard to find. Based on the price you are asking and what all is included, I would say that your in the ballpark. 75% of the value being for the aft casing and the rest for the open face case/shark fin fan and correct pulley and rotor/stator.
