Considering the scarcity of these parts, that's a good price. To note, the 22531828 part number was originally intended for 1986 307 only, VIN Y or 9. It was also a GM supersession part for 85 and prior 307s later on due to parts consolidation efforts. Because of this, the automotive community has appropriated the oil cap culture and now nearly everyone that's selling these thinks it's correct for every year Oldsmobile V8 with a fill tube. It will physically fit and function, but wouldn't be spot on correct except for 1986 V8 Olds. 1987-90 had its own p/n for an oil cap and changed the weight ratings from 10W-30 to 5W-30. As usual, Stant was the vendor for the caps, noted by the S on the rivet top.
There were at least 4 different versions of the cap from 84-90. Three are shown below. The 828 cap is in the middle. The "missing" cap is the 84-85 cap having ear tabs like the 86-up that was a service replacement for the "bridged" handle cap that came on factory cars. I have a few of those, too, but didn't dig it out for the picture. Looked the same and had the same part number as the bridged cap, it just had ears instead of the arced handle. There was even an earlier bridged cap that shared the same part number in the late 70s, but had stamped information on top of the cap instead of a printed disc.
