Nice with light scratches that I can polish out. The chrome insert is excellent. 2 stained spots on the underside of the wheel from what I don't know. No cracks.

Year?

My parts book dated November 1970 shows the part number for both 1969 and 1970.

I've gone back and looked at pics of 69 and 70 wheels and it shows the wheel is turned 180 for the different years.

My book is a Feb.1970 printing and it shows for 1969 dlx (Gold) pt.#9751078 .For 1970 it shows dlx (Gold) pt.#9751384.
In 1970 they turned the wheel up side down and they changed the horn pad.

I could use it for my SX but the car isn't worth much more than the steering wheel :-)
