Bill, my best friend's from Greensburg (lives here in NC now) who happens to have a '69 H/O with Cruise. I'll pass this (and the other items you have listed) on to him.

I am confused. Where does this go? My car has cruise on it and the cruise control is on the turn signaler thing.

69 Cruise

Check your owners manual for the cruise control operations. The switch is clearly shown.

There's a master on/off switch on the dash, left side, then, once 'on' the cruise can be 'set' by holding in the button on the signal lever momentarily.

If all the controls are on the turn signal stalk than it was added later. Factory cruise control has a switch on the dash board to turn cruise on and then the turn signal stalk has a button on the end of the stalk to set the speed it engages at.
