Mondello built 455

Genuine Joe built 455 bored .030. Have build sheet from Mondello for engine built in early 90's. Less than 5000 miles, Never raced but I feel it would run low 12's. Would cost in excess of $12000 to build today. $7500 plus the ride.

Given the fact that the engine was built 20+ years ago, I highly doubt it.

No warranty, but it is still in a driving car. Four speed included.

Do 20 yr old used engines bring that kind of money?

Can't really consider this the same as a used engine with no more miles than it has. Some would conider it just broken in. And if you wanted to duplicate the same thing today from Mondello, your looking at well over $12000 and it would not be built by Joe himself. I have the engine blueprint specs when the engine was built.
