mallory unilite

mallory unilite with electronic coil was on my W-31 when I bought it. it worked fine. after the engine rebuild I went to a stock type coil with a pertronix. $75 plus shipping. Thanks, Chris

41 sounds good for running later this year i am hoping for no real changes there also. I was wondering with that change how much fuel is being burned in your cylinders and if fully. The w-31 cam grind was a pretty radical cam to begin with or maybe you used a modern profile for better combustion. if you did not upgrade your cam re -consider your distributor to be sold un burnt fuel is a waste period plus power.

huh?!?!?! I thought you were interested in buying this. I plan on running my 31 at the Pure Stock Drags, so I couldn't use this coil. I actually plan on replacing the pertronix with an M&H 1-wire setup when I store the born with motor and build another one, but the body is getting done first. Thx for the free bump though

this is just an electronic coil and the matching module which goes into the distributor and replaces points. the vacuum advance is on the distr. You must supply a distr for this to work. I'll have to see why the link to the pic is broken

edit: hmm, the pic link is good. photobucket is blocked at work, but the pic came up fine at home
