Have a rear view lighted mirror
I do not know the year or application other than I know its not for 68/69 A body
There is no apparent damage

This is for the 1972 Cutlass lineup. Previous years were stainless or chrome facing. The black rear and glass rubber are 72 trademarks. Looks like you're missing the complete wiring harness for it? That wire should be around 5' long with a single spade connector. Fits into the courtesy wiring harness on cars equipped with the convenience lighting package. Wire would have gone from the mirror to the left side A pillar and down to the harness. Not a hard fix for anyone interested.
