From what years would this have been an option and do you also have the center piece horn assembly? Do you know if the other parts are available somewhere?

I don't have the information to make an educated decision about the steering wheel. If it was an option for my year car and the other parts readily available I would give it more consideration. Problem is you don't have the hub, horn part
or the cap. You need those for your asking price.

 

If I do that I won't have the hub for when I get another wheel
