One brand new NOS GM "Trim Panel". This is the front plate that says 'Oldsmobile' on it with rocket logo. GM part #408186
Still in original GM wrapper, never opened. I ordered it in 1990 from Boch Olds in Norwood Mass. Still has parts plant pick tag on it,

If you google "GM #408186"
you will get GM parts wiki.
You then will see it's a license plate,(GM calls it a Trim Panel)
for a Toronado. It has a black border around it. Plate is aluminum.
