I'll get you some pics this evening and go over it carefully, I don't believe there are any issues.
All of the threads looked useable to me, not sure how to identify helicoils, but I have never added any. One of the bolt holes on carb mounting area could be in better shape but I don't think there would be any issue with it holding.
