selling complete green dash out of a 69 cutlass. Gauges still in as well as most switches. I do not believe there are any cracks in dash but will check.

Thanks, I am trying to sell some NOS parts to fund my restoration of my 69 W30, I have had for 32years, just disassembled it and its rough!! I have a non air 4spd car and the original dash was long gone so I stuck a ac dash in it and its a good dash but I want to make the car exactly like it was originally. What do you want for the 68 dash and I need the ***** for a AM/FM radio. How much for the *****? I hopefully have some things sold tonight so I will have money. I am putting on the electric trunk opener complete and a perfect night watch system. I hope they sell tommorow.

 

68 dash will not work for 69 due to that in 68 no upper vents. A 69 ac dash will work you just need to change out center vent w a non ac vent cover and the upper side vents are different from non ac. Let me check on ***** to see condition there of and will let u know .dean

 

Thanks Dean I was not sure if the upper dash pad would work, I know the upper 69 non ac has no center vent and it has fixed side vents. I appreciate you checking on the the *****. I have been working like a wild man on my olds and I made my mind up a few days ago to not use repo parts at all, I will recondition good used parts and use NOS when I can. I want the parts on my car to say made in the USA!! I found a set of pliers from the Lansing factory in my vent system on the driver side and it has never been opened, kind of funny they were used to pull the parking brake cable up and connect it, I guess he dropped them in the vent and couldnt find them?

 

yes correct block off in the center, but the side vents are functional with the top pull out down by kick panel. That's great far as w-30, I too have one but haven't got to that one yet lol, one day. Wow great find far as pliers. Sure on ***** I think I have a few sets which you can have for free . I am not building a beauty queen I want it to look good but its going to be driven on weekends that are nice and to shows not to be judged! and to the ole drag strip ocasionally. Dave np , I totally agree who needs trailer queens !!!! Non-ac vents you wouldn't think so but a hard find. I just converted an a/c car to non and the hardest part was finding those vents. Had to get them from Tim Murphy, you might want to try him he is on here. If not let me know there is another person I know who may have them. lol, can always ask questions about it and look for the scam indicators... Like, its in shipping and have a contract with ebay, etc. Might actually be legit. Its a classified so you can always fly out there and pick it up and pay when you get there
