I just replaced my exhaust with a new system and have these take offs. These fit a 70 442 with 455, I do not know if they will fit a Cutlass with 350. These are rock solid 2-1/4 head pipes. They have been painted silver by previous owner. They fit great but I did a whole new system with aluminized pipe and didn't want the silver paint. You will need the clamp rings at the manifold. $50 plus shipping from Charlotte NC
