I bought this about five years ago from Original Parts Group for about $150. I put it on the car and I had no power assist. Since I had owned it too long, I could not return it. So I sent it to a place up in Fort Wayne Indiana to have it checked. They charged me $35 and said it was fine and sent it back. They thought I might have had a bad check valve on my vacuum hose. Since then, I have sold the car I was going to put it on and do not need it any more. Sold as is. I do not know why it would not work. It is stamped with the precious "Delco Moraine" on the front. It is a nice looking part. It has always been stored in a climate controlled parts room.
