BOP Turbo 400s

I have 2 VERY nice BOP Turbo 400s.

1. New never used Turbo 400 all the best parts, real blue print assembly, reverse pattern valve body, fully detailed, deep pan, powder coated, absolutely perfect in every way. Spotless. 900.00

2. Used Griner BOP Turbo 400, reverse patten valve body, lightweight aluminum drum, very well maintained, absolutely spotless pan, nothing for contamination, deep pan, runs 1.01 under in my Buick F/SA NHRA stocker, works excellent. 900.00

Going to metric 200.

Do you have a T400 in your "copper Cutlass"? The # 2 trans, it would be interesting to see the gain in your car, as it works incredibly well, and I've never seen ANY debris in the pan during maintaining, never seen any thing like it. They say Griner was excellent trans builder/designer, you know he was partners with Coan before they split. If you run a T350 now you might not want to make the change due to internal weight.

I'm dumb about these so what is a "reverse" pattern valve body?

I know the th350 is lighter and has more internal components what was done to lighten up the th400. I wanted this for my pontiac boneville which is getting a 455 with ported J heads. I missed the part that both where manual bbw but now considering it for my olds. I was going to pay 900 for th350 with an ultra bell and reverse manual VB. And i needed to go through it because it went bad.
