Beautiful TRANS-PORTABLE Radio Oldsmobile 1950's

Original Oldsmobile Trans-Portable radio from the 1950's. The chrome looks like it is brand new. Some light wear to the black paint on the OLDSMOBILE letters. Missing one of the small chrome phillips head screws. I've had a few of these over the years, this is the very best one BY FAR. $249.00, includes safe insured 48 state shipping. PM me if interested.

Wow, what a nice item. I've never seen good photos of one prior. Were they all this color or was the variants to match the interior?

Wow!!! Those are beautiful!!!

BTW. How were those operated outside the car? Did you need an external battery pack? I don't believe there were any rechargeable battery back then.
