I have a 10 bolt 8.5 housing just back from the acid dippers , it has the big A on the center section , it came out of a 1971 Buick Skylark with a 2;56 open center . I can build it into a posi set up with your choice of ratios , 3:08 , 3:23 , 3:42 or 3;73 , If no one states what they prefer i will build it into a 3:42 ratio , posi was rebuilt with new clutches , good used oem ring and pinion , new bearings , axle bearings and upper control; arm bushings , primed and painted , it will be backing plate to backing plate , no brakes . $ 975 picked up at my location Hebron Illinois zip 60034

This is a 8.5 ring non c-clip, bolt in axle rear end, that's a real decent price. I purchase one back in 2014 might of been from you for 750.00, if you remember shipping one to Greenville S.C. through then Conway trucking. Still have it works like it should under a 1971 rag top 455 500 ft.lbs of torque juke box on wheels..
