I just picked up an 8 Track housing that I will be using in my 70 442. This housing has a very nice face plate with the red light lens in it for the 71 or 72 cutlass or 442 - I cannot tell which year it is for so if someone can chime in I would appreciate it. Since this face plate does not work for the 70 model year (I already have a 70 face plate) I am putting it up for sale. There is one very minor rub mark near the left side of the volume control and I see no other marks or scratches on the front, this piece looks nice to the eye. I have found two issues with it the first being there is a very slight bulge in the bottom right corner where the tape would slide in (hard to see except up close). The second issue is the chrome trim on the right hand side is rippled but hides well. Please look at the photographs and let me know if you need me to take additional pictures. $75 + shipping.

 

Price drop - probably more realistic $55 + shipping Reproduction plates are $50 and not as nice as originals.
