this is out of a 70 cutlass that was drivable. black floor shift steering column (non tilt). it has scratches and needs painted. no key or steering wheel. the turn switch is bad. did feel tight the very short distance i drove it. other than that i know little to nothing about it. $60 plus shipping. i will post pictures if someone is interested.
