-'69 To at least '77 Tilt Column Upper Steering Shaft (GM changed the column design in 1969)- Specifically, this came out of a '70 GM A Body floor shift tilt column (Monte Carlo). As a side hobby, I did some very precise column restorations (tilt and non) and accumulated some extra parts. Although lower shafts differed later on, the upper shafts were used for years … on into the '80s really. Rather than use a steering wheel puller, people would hit the shaft with a hammer, which would damaged them. I kept nice spares, like this one, for that reason.
