Not sure about inside - from car that was garaged and tank kept full. I did an engine rebuild so did not want to have to boil it out, etc. so just replaced it. Solid outside, no leaks. Glad to ship from Plano, TX 75074. Please make a reasonable offer and I will probably take it...
