EDIT: Thanks guys...this piece is for a '68 car, not a '69

Up for sale is a super nice front fender filler panel for a '68-9 Cutlass, etc front fender. I believe this is the L (Driver's) side piece.

>Super clean to start with....not pitted, rusted, bent, etc

>Beadblasted to bare clean metal and sprayed with a couple coats of PPG DP90 Black Epoxy

The dirty work's been done....all you have to do is take it from here.

I forget how to tell, some subtle difference in the recess shape.

 

Yes they are different, That appears to be a 68 LH.
