I have a set of Bucket Seat Foam that I bought from The Parts Place a couple of years ago that I am not going to be using. Backs & bottoms for 2 buckets - 66-70. (Not ACI). You say '66-'70, are they not the same up '72? If so, I might have some parts to trade? Nos horn relay, restore your mirror &/or gauges, power trunk set up?

 

I'm just going by what the description is on TPP website, and what is printed on the box. I was thinking that they would fit up to a '72 also, but don't want any dissatisfied buyers. I would prefer to sell them outright as I think I have all the parts I need for my 66 project. Thanks anyway.

According to the experts, seat foam from ACI is the best. Others, like this one, are said to be more firm and you sit higher in the seat. ACI seat foam costs about $260 with shipping. Picture added to first post.

Aci is a seat foam manufacturer, tpp is the parts place they sell reproduction parts

 

The ones from TTP are made by whom and are they as good.

 

The ones I bought from TPP are made by Distinctive Industries in Ca. I imagine all of the seat foams are about the same dimensions, but the ACI ones are closest to original in seating comfort.
