66 442 engine

I have an extra 400 engine that I'm going sell. The parts could be used to make a 66 442 engine.

400 "E" block date 201 $400
Crank drilled for 4-speed $200 includes rods & pistons
Rods and pistons
Manifold date 259 with carb (7026250) $150
"B" Heads V102151 would need seats replaced. $75
The whole engine $700. Have timing cover, oil pan etc.

I also have a set of "A" heads for 65 442 V001631 $300

Don't know if this would spark any interest.

These would have to be picked up or I would meet in and around Maryland.

Thanks,

Would $300 be reasonable? I need to get valve seals and then assembled them and they would be ready to run. Have Crane dual springs and new valves. These parts were bought in the early 80's but have maybe 2 hours run time. Have done some porting work to them. Are you in Colorado? Know anyone around Maryland?

Wonder What it would cost to ship the whole lot to the Pacific N.W?
That's not a bad price at all.
