A few years ago I rescued an exception engine from a junkyard that was transitioning to residential. I wanted to build another Hot Rod with it, but time has taken a toll on my health so it's now for sale. The donor car VIN 626K03290, Engine No. 077171S 345Hp 10.5 to 1, with 63,910 miles. Car parked in 1969 due to bad trans and lived protected in the high desert climate just west of Salt Lake City, Utah. Was to be fixed but the parts became valuable and car started to be parted out instead of repair. After pulling the engine I drained the oil and it was relatively clean with no sludge. Also anti freeze was drained it looked like new Prestone. It likely was serviced shortly before. The engine crank turns nicely. I believe the engine would start with little effort. Asking $1000. I will crate for transport.
