Good news folks! '61-'62 parking lamp lenses are available again! These are made by Shaffer Lens in Blairsville, Pennsylvania. They are a husband and wife team who have gotten into the reproduction lens business for oddball cars and hard to find lenses.

The lens on the left is my original NOS lens that the mold was made from. On the right is the reproduction. They are pretty much identical with two exceptions. The plastic Oldsmobile used has better clarity than the casting resin and Nick's mold he made, leaves a little bit of flashing around the base. This can be easily sanded/filed/ground off if it bothers you, but once installed, you'll never see it.

They look fantastic! As I have said many times, this is what I love about these 61-63 cars. So many of us working to produce ourselves what the suppliers will not. We all learn new things in the process and learn from each other. From suppliers to doing things ourselves and even 3D printing...
