4-spoke steering wheel

A local guy has a 4-spoke steering wheel for sale.

He wants me to shoot him an offer.

What's a fair offer for a 71-72 four spoke steering wheel in "fair" condition?

Thanks,

NS

I just recently bought one off ebay for around 70 bucks CAD, it included the steering wheel, horn contact set and the button with the emblem. That's not a high resolution picture but it looks to have all the good parts you'd need to mount it up. I'd think anywhere around that price is pretty good for a nice steering wheel, i'm happy with mine in driver shape.

Cheers,

Tony

Think I gave about $50 bucks about 7 years ago for the one on the Silver Bullet, so $70 sounds good, now, for a driver.

Ditto, I was looking for one in good shape for quite some time and the prices on eBay can get ridiculous..

I have been looking for just the horn button and they want about 50 bucks for just that so 70 for the whole set up is a deal

I've seen just the emblem itself for sale on sites like the parts place inc for around 30 some odd, not sure if you're looking for the whole button or just the emblem..

If the only issue with this steering wheel assembly is worn grain...I would think $100-$125 is what it would fetch, complete with hub, horn contact and button.

If you can get it all for $70,your getting a real good deal.

I believe the rubber part should have a fine grain to it. If it is worn smooth, then 50-70 is fair. If the grain is still there it $70 is a steal.

I did a steering wheel lesson on this site. $70 for a driver is a very good price for you. $100 for a driver quality is fair for both of you. Go for the $70.

Thanks for the advice... I'll call the guy tomorrow and try $70 as a starting price.
