350 Olds motor, muncie & hone O/D

I've got a 350 Olds motor out of a '68 w-31, a Muncie wide ratio 4-speed and a Hone overdrive for sale. I have not yet picked the head casting numbers, but the engine was build in the late '80's by Scott Shafiroff. The block has a casting number on the front of 395558. That engine was taken out and replaced by a supercharged big block by the former owner. The intake is a Edelbrock performer and it has a Holly 800 cfm spreadbore on it. The distributor is a Mallory unilite.

The Muncie is in good shape, sounds smooth when you turn it and all the gears engage and turn the output shaft cleanly. The number is 3851325 and it has one groove on the 10 spline input shaft. The overdrive unit is original, I can get some numbers off it if there is interest.

Asking $800 for the engine (would like to sell complete, in a handy, engine shaped carrying case), $700 for the Muncie and $300 for the Hone. (Hone has been sold)

Here are a couple of pictures of the engine:

and one of the damper:

May need a water pump
Not a W31 damper
Interesting alt adjuster

Looks like a good start on a 350, GLWTS

That is correct -- it is an Edelbrock Performer with an 800 Holley mechanical secondary carb. The water pump does not look healthy, either.

I bought the Hone from Fritz and as I suspected, it's going to need a rebuild but I'm not in a hurry and will fix it when I get to it. Fritz is a really nice guy and it was great to meet him. I was seriously tempted by the M20 he had with him, but couldn't justify the purchase without a real need for it.

Thanks, Fritz. It was a pleasure meeting you!
