NO there's heavy duty shelf brackets under the axle tubes bolted to the wall. LOL I just put the hangers wrapped around there so they wouldnt slide off the brackets.

Look at the pic closer. You'll see the shelf brackets. They work, really! Iv got 2 rears hanging on them in that shed and another on a shelf thats held up by the same kind of shelf brackets.
Been there for years! LOL
