That is not a U code Cutlass distributor. It is just your basic distributor out of a 455 in one of the big B or C body cars, I have one or 2 I have taken out myself, per 442.com:

yes,I have found them in Deltas,but I think they are also correct for the 71 SX and some 71 442 automatics,non-W30.
