What needs done to install this kit, other than cut inside door trim panel? Will this fit 72 Supreme? TIA

Check the part number to be 100% sure it is for your vehicle model. I think it applies. There are templates and instructions in the box for how to install the mirror.

PN983137 does not show in the PM for any vehicle. Is this a dealer install kit number? PN230846 is shown as the kit number for 70-72 F85.
On install...does anyone know if the access holes on the inside door panel(metal part) are predrilled/prestamped? I see holes need cut for the trim panel. Are the existing holes on the outside the same for a non-remote and remote mirrors? Sorry for all the questions.

Complete packages are sometimes listed in the same group ie in this case 10.185, but packages always start with a 9 so accessories section is typically the next place to look. Olds is a real pita on this as I often times have to check several overlapping parts book years to find a match.

To the point of are the holes the same, I don't have the knowledge if the mounting holes are the same. My guess is no as there will be another larger hole needed for the remotes cable and at least for the big cars, the base is typically bigger to accommodate.
