REDUCED PRICE..60.00 plus shipping..I have a 1970 air cleaner assembly for a 4 barrel cutlass or B Body. I thought it was a standard 442 cleaner but have been informed snorkel width is bigger on 442. Its a excellent shape, no dents ..i believe the base is correct for 442, just not the snorkel.

Andy, the piece in your second picture is not from this air cleaner but a 1968. I believe 68 was the only year that had the metal piece with rubber ring that fit onto the underside of the snorkel and the heat riser tube.

Thats very possible as this breather was on a 68 442 I had, then I found the correct snorkel one for that car.
How do you identify a correct 1970 442 air cleaner assembly? What are the part numbers and are they stamped on the unit? What are the dimensions of snorkle?

I don’t have the answer but was told on here this was from a cutlass or b body car due to the longer snorkel..its stamped 1970
