The Arizona market is getting started. While the rest of the country slowly enters the winter deep freeze. Calendar winter is the summertime for Phoenix.

Good looking driver car. I could see tooling around in this.

Is it safe to be driving without an air cleaner? and is it worth sourcing an orig OAI Air Cleaner?

I believe the air cleaner was removed for the photo but it is NOT recommended to drive around without an air cleaner as engine damage can happen.

Just get a K&N air filter and call it a day. The factory one looked cool but it didn't add any real.world HP .

Nice looking car. Does anyone else think the Chevelle rear still counts as “numbers matching” in a 442 ?

that and Rare are thrown around way too much these days! Do you think that rear would improve the ride?

Well it is not a chevelle 8.2 10 bolt rear, it is a BOP 10 bolt. Although, it is still not an "O" type 12 bolt which is what I believe the car should have. I do like the bark blue with blue interior combo.

Unnotched valve covers imply that may not be the original motor after all. Frankly, the whole "numbers matching" claim is kind of meaningless when everything else is aftermarket.
