1966 Toronado low(no?) option car in a yard.
Found this today along with the '64 Starfire. I was surprised to see very few if any options on this Toro. Still has some good parts though, let me know what you might be interested in.
Calls are best but pms or on this thread are good also.

Hello Scott, left you a message on your phone as well. I'm looking for the complete Headlight vacuum system including the linkages. Mine were missing when I bought the car and I would like to keep the car car original as possible.
you can reply to bigjer50@hotmail.com for a quick response.
Thanks
Jerry

Jerry,
I'm having trouble trying to find a place to store the car while I part it out. I have cars stored at 4 places around the city as it is.
Please stay tuned & send me a pm with all your contact info. if you don't mind?

Scott,
Even though it was a top of the line car in 66, many of them didn't come with a lot of options. I think the general expectation of today's market is based on the offerings that new car manufacturing is based on - power everything and most accessories as standard features. This car at least has PS, PB, AC, PW? and what looks to be the remnants of AM/FM rear speaker stereo.
BTW, that's quite the compressor for the AC.

I understand your posting but I would have thought that a top of the line of the car would have had SOME options? I might be wrong but I would have thought that the Toro. came standard with ps & pb? It does have power windows but the AC is an aftermarket unit. I know the picture is hard to see but it is an AM only radio. But I guess FM was not real popular at that point either.
