Low miles are cool if you buy the car for that and leave it sit.
Bad thing is water pump, fuel pump and timing chain will go out when someone buys it and thinks they are going to drive it cross country because its close to "new" because of low miles.
Its triple green, I don't think a brand new set of Cragars will offset that!
Non air is a big plus to me but most have to have the windows up and air on because someone might yell at them to peel out so they won't hear them.
What is going to help your sell is a great ad high lighting, "real 442" "455" "low miles", "beautiful, rare triple green paint and interior.
Your goal is to sell the car not make friends, so push what ever it takes to make the car sell itself to the buyer, you just collect the money.

I don't think they really rebuild water pumps anymore??? unless its a high $$$ restore job on TV. Autozone sells a fine replacement for about $30 bucks.

No, thats a good deal that the water pump is is good working order.
What I was going on is you said the matching numbers included the water pump which usually meant factory original which means a 44 year old part and if a car has been sitting those 3 parts are the first to go, which brought me to say they don't usually rebuild water pumps any more unless its a high $$$ rebuild.
Its a great selling point to say "matching numbers" from the sellers point, but an amateur buyer doesn't know what they are in for dealing with over 40 year old parts.
