Up for sale is a good running oldsmobile 330. The odometer shows around 97,000 miles. I am assuming this motor has been rebuilt, due to the fact that it runs so good. It sat for almost a year and started right up. Even after sitting, the engine does not smoke in the least bit. I have a business that is willing to let me crate and ship parts. If anyone is in need of a good running engine without having to rebuild it, this one would work well. I am asking $650 plus shipping. I can post a pic on you tube of the engine running if anyone is interested.

are u willing to sell the wiper switch off of the dash? and do you have the body chrome?

 

I made an offer on the car a while back when it was on craiglist. its to bad it didn't sell whole. that being said is the glove box door in good shape. if so can i get a pic of it . and what do you want for it. thanks

I have not gotten much interest in this motor. I am sure everyone wants something bigger. I need to get the car out of my driveway, so I am going to get the engine running and put a link to youtube with it running. If still no interest, I am going to try ebay. I can put it on a pallet and ship it. My ebay user name is the same as what I am using on classic oldsmobile (smills61074) I will be putting some oldmobile parts on their soon. I am going to spend the weekend dismantling the car. Then I can store a huge pile and hopefully find some buyers.

 

Here is a link to youtube with the engine running I have for sale. It runs great. The little noise you hear is the water pump bearing. It has quite a bit of play, otherwise engine doesn't smoke on startup or when reving it up. I am sure there is a little smoke from oil on the exhaust. I have not run it since last summer. It was pretty clean, but I have water blasted the rest of it clean when I got it out of the car. I also have a 2 speed tranny. I will make a package deal. I can ship on a crate or you can pick up.

Thanks for your interest. At this point, I don't want to part a good running engine out. So, the crank is not for sale, unless you want the whole engine. I believe there was another thread listing 330 parts for sale. Maybe he has a crank.

Second in line for the entire instrument panel.

 

I thought I had the engine sold complete, but the buyer backed out due to unforseen financial problems. I have the engine removed and ready for shipping. I would like $550 for the engine. I have removed the alternator, power steering pump and all the brackets. I will let the exhaust manifiolds go with the engine for an extra $50. At this point, I am open to offers. Please contact me if you are interested or need more information.
